Whether we like it or not, we live in a political world. And it doesn’t get any more political than public education. Our working conditions, our students’ learning conditions, our salary, and our healthcare benefits are directly related to how we vote and to how we participate in government. The COPE committee advances our members’ interests while seeking to educate our members about how our workplace interests are connected to candidates running for all political offices, and about how our interests are connected to legislative activity. Download one of our COPE Forms now to join or to increase the amount of money you contribute to COPE.
